About updating or cancelling a subscription:

To change preferences or name or company, while keeping the same email address: Submit this form with your new information and preferences and your same, current email address.

To cancel a subscription, select "Please unsubscribe me", enter your email address (twice) and submit the form.

To change email address, unsubscribe the old email address, and subscribe the new address. If you do not have access to the old address anymore, you can let the old subscription expire by itself when that old email address is deactivated, or you can email "Unsubscribe FLA-xxxxxx" to fibrogen@jasper.he.net where "FLA-xxxxxx" is the ID found in one of the last emails you received at that old address.
