RECOMBINANT HUMAN COLLAGENS AND GELATINS FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES

FibroGen is the first to bring recombinant human collagens and gelatins to the market. We produce fully synthetic, well-characterized, highly purified products that afford customers reproducibility and flexibility not achievable with collagen and gelatin derived from animal sources. Our technology allows us to provide customers with genetically distinct collagen types in pure form. FibroGen's proprietary recombinant methods also enable the genetic engineering of collagens and gelatins with specific traits tailored to our customers’ specifications to enhance the final end-user product, ensure batch-to-batch consistency, and reduce manufacturing steps.

Recombinant gelatin and FibroGen® recombinant collagen can be provided in "market standard" formulations, both dry and in solution, for research purposes. Please see below for product availability.
